FireLink Pug Puppy Bill of Sale & Health Guarantee
New Puppy Contract:
-Deposits are nonrefundable if the payee changes their mind and doesn’t want the puppy anymore. Deposits may be transferrable to another puppy/litter upon the approval of the seller. Due to the nature of my business it may take a number of years for the birth of your puppy, and it is crucial that you understand the length to which you may have to wait.
-The deposit is made via PayPal Business to ensure the validity of the payment. Before a payment is taken the seller will send you an invoice. This is to avoid fraudulent action.
-Due to the high demand of my puppies, if you agree to buy a puppy then back out of the agreement, unless otherwise accepted by the seller, you are agreeing to take yourself off the waiting list and forfeit any deposits or payments made prior.
-If the buyer is not purchasing breeding rights, they must provide the seller with proof showing the puppy was fixed within one year of sale. If proof has not been provided that the puppy has been fixed and has up-to-date shots, the seller reserves the right to deny the puppies registration papers. The buyer promises the puppy will not be bred under any circumstances and must get fixed.
New Puppy Health Guarantee
-The puppy being purchased is guaranteed to be current on all its 5 -1 puppy vaccinations. The Buyer understands that the puppy will need boosters of the initial vaccinations, generally spaced 3 weeks apart, until the 5-1 “puppy series” is completed and then once yearly thereafter. Seller is not responsible for reactions caused by vaccinations.
-Upon pickup of the puppy, the seller and buyer agree that the puppy appears to be in good health and has a health certificate from the sellers vet.
-The buyer is responsible for getting the puppy a health exam within 3 days from the date of purchase by a licensed veterinarian in good standing with the Veterinarian State Board or the health guarantee is null and void.
-The seller highly recommends the puppy not be taken out into public until it has completed its 5 - 1 series vaccinations and has a clean bill of health.
-If within 30 days of leaving the breeder the puppy is found to have any life-threatening defects or congenital disorders, the buyer may return the puppy for a refund or a replacement puppy (with equal or lesser value; with same coat, color or gender) as soon as one becomes available. If the buyer decides to keep the puppy the seller will be relieved of any health-related liabilities.
-If the buyer has decided to return a puppy (with conditions such as those listed above) and the seller has been notified and been provided with the puppies veterinary information and documentation, the puppy must be returned to the seller within 2 weeks.
-If the seller’s vet agrees to the diagnosis of the condition after conferring with the buyer’s vet, then a refund or a replacement puppy will be issued as soon as one becomes available.
-If the buyer decides to keep a puppy in the event of a defect being found and does not make the arrangements to return the puppy within 2 weeks of notification of defect, the seller no longer has any obligation to replace the puppy at any later date.
-The seller can offer no further guarantees once the care of the canine is no longer under their control. The seller only guarantees a pet quality dog and in no way implies or guarantees the ability to breed or show the dog. Therefore, the Breeder does not make any guarantees as to the canine’s adult size, weight, hair, coat, skin conditions, temperament, or trainability.
